Update

I realised I haven't been blogging since the chinese new year. My laziness have been crawling up unto me, arghh! So much for this whole three months break period while waiting for the new year 2 semester starting only in April.

So, I had this short update on what happened during this merry festive season!


Spent the first and second day of the new year going on visitations to relatives and friends' place.
Went to cvc's house the first day, met up with so many of my sec school classmates and friends. All of us seemed to be studying in different cities, it's so good that all of us came back and met up once again. Topics were interesting, mainly on how our lives have been studying abroad. Had so much to catch up with each other about.

And while we were all ready posing for a girl session picture, ah wah suddenly popped into the picture.

There, a perfect one. Haha!

The next day, Daddy invited Esther's uncle, uncle fung and family, who cared for me, provide space for me to check in during the weekends, and brought me to church for worship during Sundays in Singapore, to our place for lunch. They came back to Sandakan from Singapore to spend the chinese new year too, since Sandakan is also his hometown, only that he shifted to Singapore during his early years.

We played 'lami' (i have no idea why is it named like that). I rarely play lami, this was my third time playing in my whole life I think, resulting in the tutoring on this whole session of the game by Esther, mummy, and even my aunt. Imagine a whole bunch of people tutoring, giving you the slighest idea of how dumb and blur i can be at this game.

And in the living room, my bro and uncle were talking to uncle fung while my parents were preparing in the dining room. And all the while, my brother was trying to entertain my precious doggie by scratching his back. haha (this is indeed my dog's favourite part, back scratching!)

Went to Seah Kea Joe's house later on that day and managed to meet up with Elena, who was my ex-classmate (both in secondary school and also in the Sinaran Institute) and my ex-roommate during our study days abroad in Kota Kinabalu. We always have night chats on our beds with the lights off before going to sleep during those days and I, am always the one who fall off asleep first.

On the third day, my family and I, also my aunt's together with cousins went on a trip to Sabah Tea Plantation. We stayed in the chalet inside the tea leaves plantation farm. It was my mummy's idea to go on this trip, said she needed some fresh air, a get away from the town, plus this was an educational trip. It was almost a three and a half hour trip by car.

So, the air was indeed fresh there with all the tea leaves planted in front of our chalet.

And me and my brother were busy helping each other with the pics while our parents were inside checking in. haha

So, this was our chalet in which we spent two nights in.

We also managed to make a trip to the national park and hot spring. There were too many pictures to upload. :D

The Last Week

These are the pictures of the last day of school!
we took photos with different facis facilitating us different modules the whole week! well, it's not really all facis, only some we managed to bid farewell with photos. haha.
seems like we are ending the semester again, yes, indeed again. the semester seems like a flash of lighting flashing past me. everything seems like flying pass and in just a split second, I have just ended the new sem.
what is weird to me is such that this sem is so much faster than the last sem with the same 16 weeks in one sem.
in few more weeks time, we'll all be starting year 2. no more honeymoon and get to work already!

and so after class, i rushed down to orchard to meet sharon! she arrived a few days before and she called up to meet together. i met her up at mc donalds at takashimaya, and waited for Esther too before heading to paragon. we went to starbucks and chit chatted until it's dinner time.

Esther and I couldn't join Sharon for dinner since it was a little late already and we still have class the next morning. so we went off first while Sharon joined her friends for dinner.

this is our Science class with the facilitator on the wednesday! we had biology on the last day and we all slacked because we are all on a holiday mood already. even my passion for science faded on that day because the chinese new year is just a few days away! it's just so irresistable. hahaha

the next day, we had our Cognitive Process module and we only had three teams out of the usual five teams. and before the third meeting, the other two teams left the class, which means that there is only the pathetic 1 team + 1 left in the class! the one team left is edna, sam, vivian, norman and me. and the other 1 person left in the other team is yi jun. so, we had no presentation for the day since there's only a team in the class. we were allowed to do our stuffs and were dismissed earlier at 3.30pm. hahah:D

we had enterprise on the last day of school. and look, attendance is much more better because enterprise is fun! or should i say the faci is fun himself.

we went for dinner together at pizza hut. after dinner we walked around and then headed to mc donalds where we played poker cards. went back not long after that cause i have to head back to pack my stuff since im going back to malaysia the next day! haha

with this, I have ended the semester and i surely will miss W26L a lot!
